Research & Strategic Regional Planning
In collaboration with higher education institutions, private industry and local units of government, OCC identifies, coordinates and in some instances executes research initiatives that promise to improve the economic future of residents in in the greater Clark County, Washington region.
Project Management for Major Economic Advancement Initiatives
OCC provides coordination and project management services to regionally significant projects that promise to advance the regional economy, especially when multiple stakeholders across industry, government, and academia are involved and centralized coordination is imperative to improve effectiveness and increase efficiencies.
Best Practices for Partners
OCC increases the effectiveness of local and state government development efforts in the region by convening both public and private sector economic development professionals to discuss best practices, provides education and training, and lays the foundation to enable creation and management of the region’s long-term economic development strategy.
